Welcome to our weekly in-person, mindful sunday workshop. Each week we take the time we need for ourselves to live more intentionally and stay focused on our wellbeing and how we are moving through life.
During the workshop we will take part in activities that will help us live more mindfully. Together we will practice meditation before spending some time doing an activity that will help us reflect on the week just passed. What went well, what needed more of our attention, celebrate our wins or acknowledge what we'd like to do differently.
We'll then spend some time setting some intentions for the week ahead, whether that be in the areas of work, family or just personal goals. Then we'll spend some time connecting/discussing before finishing off with some relaxation.
The perfect way to help us live more mindfully, maintain peace and continue our personal growth.
NB: Contribution to discussions is always optional, I'll never direct a question at anyone specific. If you'd just like to attend and listen in, you are welcome to.
You are welcome to bring a journal or notepad, although these aren't required.
