Who is the trail suitable for?

The trail is designed for children under 12 years old and their families. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

I purchased a ticket for my child to attend the event.  Do I need to purchase a ticket for myself?

All children must be accompanied by an adult, so if you plan on attending the event with your child you need to purchase a ticket.

My family purchased tickets in advance, but was unable to attend. Can we get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.

Where can I collect my adventure trail booklet?

You’ll find our Easter HQ at the edge of the field. Follow the signs!

What else can I expect from the trail?

In your Easter Adventure Trail activity booklet, you’ll find a trail map and a scavenger hunt to complete along the way. You’ll also come across some family-fun games to try, all with a hoppy Easter theme!

We can only accept card payments. Our dedicated Children's Charity Momentum will be at the event, so please feel free to donate any loose change.

How long will the trail take?

The trail is expected to take 30-40 minutes for the trail, depending on any wait time there may be for the activities along the way. There are additional activities, live music and fun to be had after the trail plus food and drink available to purchase on the day.

Is the trail suitable for prams/buggies?

The trail is on our field. It may become muddy in places depending on the latest weather conditions. We advise against bringing prams with small wheels.

Is the trail wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The trail is wheelchair accessible in dry weather, as it's located on a field. However, in wet conditions, the grass may become muddy and unsuitable for wheelchair users. The trail is not suited for mobility scooters. For access queries, please contact info@colets.co.uk.

As much as we love your furry friends, Colets field is not suitable for dogs.

Will there be a toilet facility?

Yes, there will be toilets available for the event. There is also a baby changing facility and accessible toilet inside the building.

Is there parking?

Parking at Colets is limited. We encourage local families to walk to help save the environment. Those from further away might find parking on local roads or the public car park in Thames Ditton village. Disabled parking is available on site for blue badge holders.

Can my child book into Soft Play?

Absolutely. Soft Play is open to ages 4+, and you can add a session during the booking process. One session per child applies.

This is an outdoor trail so we recommend wearing suitable clothing and footwear depending on the weather!

The event will go ahead unless a severe weather warning is issued. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing, as the event will be outside.
