This 2.5-hour workshop uses mindful collage to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect. Create collaged hearts for self-love - a simple practice that brings you back to yourself. All materials provided. No experience needed.

What You'll Experience

A calm space to explore self-love through collage. You'll create heart artwork of different shapes and sizes, then choose to connect them into a chain or keep as standalone pieces. Leave with a practice you can continue at home.

📍 Venue: TOSH Atrium, a bright and welcoming creative space
🕙 Time: 10:00am to 12:30pm (please arrive 5–10 minutes early)
🚗 Parking: Free car park directly opposite the venue, additional free parking nearby, Sovereign Shopping Centre car park 3-minute walk
