Collaging for Wellbeing and Reflection
A laid-back collage session for women, focused on future manifestations—whatever that means to you.
Open to women only
Join creative practitioner Elena in this collaging workshop for women to explore themselves in a reflective, fun and creative way.
We’ll be working with magazines, papers, and found materials to piece together visions, moods, and intentions for what’s ahead. Think less “goal setting” and more intuitive making, curiosity, and a bit of creative chaos.
No skills or experience needed, just come with a willingness to create and explore.
About the facilitator
Elena is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of art, education and community. Her practice is rooted in participation: artworks emerge through shared experience rather than isolation. She values process, transformation, and collective meaning-making as much as the final result. Collaboration is central to her work. She has worked with children, people with SEND, intergenerational groups, and fellow creatives, using communication as a way to gently enable others to find their voice. Elena is inspired by different perspectives and by the quiet uniqueness each person brings into a shared space.
Working across painting, textiles, ceramics, installation, performance, and print, her practice is conceptually driven yet playful at heart. Curiosity, imagination, and joy guide her process, allowing creativity to unfold collectively and meaningfully.
About The Bridge
The Bridge is a women’s health and wellbeing charity based in Southwark working to create inclusive and welcoming spaces for women of all identities to connect and thrive for over 90 years. We believe in a fairer society where women’s voices are heard and their health and wellbeing are valued and respected. Through our women-only gym, community café, wellbeing programmes and support groups, we help women care for themselves, support one another and challenge injustices together.
How to contribute
At The Bridge, we’re all about working together and building meaningful partnerships with the women in our community. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that means everyone has a role in shaping our work—because The Bridge belongs to all of us. We celebrate each person’s unique strengths and contributions, creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in a way that feels right for them.
Whether you give your time, skills, or financial support, every contribution means we’re working together to make The Bridge the space we want it to be.
One way to support our work is through our pay-what-you-can model, which ensures that our activities and events are accessible to all while allowing space for contributions to go towards helping us sustain what we do. Whatever you choose to give, it all makes a difference.
Want to get involved and contribute in other ways? We’d love to hear from you!
