</h3>Or are you a potential co-founder interested in putting your technical skills toward a new startup?

Our COLLIDE matchmaking event connects founders with tech-savvy individuals to collaborate and start great businesses together. In the evening we will be talking you through our upcoming Tech Seeds programme, a hugely successful 6-week wrap-around support module for those wanting to take their tech startup to the next stage, COLLIDE will be the perfect introduction for you and your startup to get the best professional guidance.

Our COLLIDE event encourages individuals with a wide range of business ideas to pitch them and market opportunities to an audience of tech-savvy individuals.

Those tech-savvy individuals are invited to listen to these ideas with the opportunity to connect with founders and explore collaboration and co-founder opportunities.

<h3>Why we’re doing this:
</h3>
We know that one of the biggest barriers to starting a tech business is developing the technology, especially in cases when founders have great ideas but lack the technical know-how to implement them.

At our COLLIDE event, we aim to connect tech-minded individuals (aka potential co-founders) with people with business ideas in order to help them create brilliant businesses together.

COLLIDE is part of Sunderland Software City’s Tech Startup Sunderland programme, which aims to support the creation and growth of digital/tech startups across the North East of England, we also have brilliant links to the Sunderland Smart City initiative with the goal of encouraging people to be part of the digital/ tech network here in Wearside.

Many of us within Sunderland Software City have been in your shoes as part of a start-up business or as part of the wider tech and start-up ecosystem around the UK. We are human, we are here to listen, chat, and help you on your journey.

The event takes place at Sunderland Software Centre from 6.00 pm. Food and drinks will be provided.
