Clean crisp pages can help create order out of chaos. But for some, a blank page can often feel quite daunting. Do you love the idea of starting a journal but not sure where to start? Whether you've never heard of bullet journaling, have tried but it's not quite working the way you had hoped, or simply looking for a bit of creative inspiration, this workshop is for you. Research shows that the act of journaling is beneficial to your mental health and well-being. Taking the time out to delve in and create a style or system that works best for you is a healthy habit that can start at any age. Over the course of the session, we will tell you everything you need to know,whilst giving you the material, time and space to plan your pages. And the good news is, there is no right or wrong way of doing it!We are really looking forward to helping you get started with your bullet journaling journey. Refreshments are included, as well as your journal and all of the materials you need to get started. See you there!

About the teacher: Joanna Feast (pictured below) is the director of Clean Well-Being, where she teaches professional and personal development courses, simple and effective exercise classes, and relaxation retreats for people who value their health and well-being and want to know more. She is an advocate of bullet journaling as it promotes organisation and creativity in a structured way.
