Colour Lives Here: Exploring GF Smith's Creative World

Colour Lives Here: Exploring GF Smith's Creative World

Overview

A look inside GF Smith’s rebrand, new paper partnerships and the creatives who show how colour informs craft, community and imagination.

GF Smith works in partnership with brands, creatives, designers, and specialists across the globe to source, curate, and supply the world’s finest paper as the foundation for those who seek to create.

As an independent business committed to community, colour and creativity, they are known for their exceptional range of creative papers, including their iconic GF Smith Colorplan range.

2025 has been a big year for GF Smith – and most certainly a colourful one. Their bold rebrand was supported by a vibrant, high-contrast colour palette drawn directly from the company’s paper collection. They also announced a partnership with Gmund, making GF Smith the sole UK supplier of Gmund’s full paper collection. Additionally, GF Smith became the UK supplier of four Fedrigoni coloured paper ranges.

This means GF Smith is the destination for the largest selection of coloured paper for creatives in the UK. Whatever you’re dreaming up, they offer more than 1,000 coloured sheets to choose from, because creative freedom should never come with creative limits.GF Smith believes that colour is more than what you see; it’s what you feel. With their 'Colour Lives Here' campaign, they are celebrating the artists and designers who turn colour into language, memory, and movement.

In this presentation, they will recap the films and stories from an incredible group of UK-based and international creatives - from illustrators and riso printers to product designers and community builders - all showing how colour shapes their practice and their world. Join us to discover how colour can inspire your own creative journey and see why GF Smith is the essential partner for every creative’s next project.
