The interaction of colour.
4 hour workshop exploring colour through theory and practice.
The session begins with an introduction to simultaneous colour led by colour expert Zeynep Sagir, moving through the ideas of Michel Eugène Chevreul, Emily Noyes Vanderpoel and Josef Albers, alongside rare books and materials from The Colour Club collection.
This is followed by a hands on silkscreen printing session with artist and designer Jonathan Lawes, inspired by Josef Albers’ Homage to the Square, where participants experiment with colour interaction, perception and geometric abstraction.
An open, experimental space to look, test and play with colour!
