Thank you for booking. Please arrive between your allocated times and don't forget to read the T&C's for the event. Look forward to seeing you on the day. The entrance for the event is via Love Lane and there is disabled access available on site. Please note the event safety and conditions of entry: • Every visitor must have a valid ticket to enter. Please have these ready when you arrive. • You must be aged 18 or over to book tickets for this event. • Adults should bring an additional form of identification and present this if asked. • Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. • Only assistance dogs will be permitted on site. • Please keep bags to a minimum and no bigger than a handbag or small rucksack. • For your safety, and the safety of others, we will be conducting security searches on the day, including bag searches at the entrance to the event site. • We reserve the right to prohibit any item if, in the reasonable opinion of the staff, it could constitute a risk to safety or security. No facilities exist to store prohibited items at the event entrance, therefore any items removed will be disposed of. • We retain the right to conduct further searches (including clothing searches) during the event if we have a reasonable suspicion to do so. • We reserve the right to refuse admission. • If you are refused entry to the event, or have been previously removed, you may not attempt re-gain entry.
