We're hosting our first ever comedy show at the fantastic Mirfield Cricket Club on Saturday 9th May, and we have 4 superb comedians on the bill. Hosting the show we have local favourite Graeme Rayner, who was a finalist in the 2025 Halifax Comedian of the Year Competition and reached the semi-finals of the 2023 British Comedian of the Year Competition. Our headline axct is the utterly unique Ryan Kenny. Poetry, props and unpredictability - what more could you ask for? Ryan is an incredibly original comic from Manchester. Awarded Circuit Breaker 2024 and WDCF New Comedian of the Year runner-up and British Comedian of The Year finalist, Ryan's act is a unique, intelligent and hilarious experience. ​British Comedian of the Year - Semi-Finalist 2024 &amp; 2022Bury New Met Comedian of the Year – Runner-Up, 2024Leicester Some-Antics Competition – Winner, 2023West Didsbury New Act Competition – Runner-Up, 2022Frog and Bucket World Series – Finalist, 2021 Openeng the show we have Jack Wood. Jack is one of Manchester’s silliest sons. With bright eyed optimism, he dances through topics in a unique but relatable way. Jack loves to paint a picture to bring an audience into his world, with a hint of surreal but his feet firmly in reality, you’ll enjoy this man’s high energy and enthusiastic delivery. “Both writing and delivery were on point and he was a pleasure to watch.” - Notts Comedy Review In the middle we have rapidly rising star Nicole Scott, whose tales of life as a perimenopausal millennial with hearing loss and kids she can't understand are relatable and hilarious. Still in her first year on the circuit, Nicole has already become a firm Gag N Bone Man Comedy regular and we predict a big future for her.
