Absolutely! This taster is all about having fun with comedy in a relaxed group. There’s no stage and no pressure - just games, laughter, and encouragement. Many people who start nervous end up surprised at how much they enjoy it.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all! The taster is designed especially for beginners who’ve never tried stand-up before.

Just a pen, some paper, and your sense of humour.

How long is the session?

1h30 and if you like, you can stay to socialise afterwards.

The session is packed with fun games that unlock your wit and bring out your authentic comedic voice in a friendly group.

Unlike open-mic nights, there’s no stage and no pressure: this is about discovery, fun and creativity. You'll be sat around café tables and dive into fun, playful exercises, tapping into your natural talent and creating comedy together.
