Adam Bloom
Adam Bloom is one of Britain’s most exciting and original stand-up comedians, with an impressive track record of live performances. He has delivered seven sell-out solo runs at the Edinburgh Festival from 1996 to 2007, along with a 29 date sell-out tour across the UK. Internationally, he achieved a sell-out solo run at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 1999, breaking box-office records for a first-time visitor.
From 2004, he joined the Just For Laughs Comedy Tour and has numerous times played this prestigious international festival. In 2015, he performed at a comedy night during Banksy’s Dismaland art exhibition.
Beyond the stage, Adam has made significant contributions to radio, television, and literature. He wrote and performed three series of "The Problem with Adam Bloom" for BBC Radio 4 from 2003 to 2005.
As one of the world’s most prolific ghostwriters, he has provided additional material for over 130 individuals, including Oscar & BAFTA nominee comedians who have appeared at the Royal Variety Performances.
His TV credits include writing for shows like "The Antics Roadshow" (directed by Banksy) on Channel 4 in 2011 and "Sunday Night At The London Palladium" on ITV1 in 2015.
Adam is also the author of "Finding Your Comic Genius," a best-selling guide to stand-up comedy in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, which has prompted him to host over 60 full-day Q&As about the book in 13 countries across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
