Comic Creation Workshop

Create your very own comics and zines to sell at Barrow Does Comics - Barrow's brand new creative event coming this April!

Come hang out, get creative and explore the world of comics, graphic novels and zines. We’ll break down how comics work, check out some awesome books for inspiration, and dive into fun art activities - no drawing skills needed.

You’ll get the chance to make your own short comic or zine - and if you want, sell it at Barrow Does Comics, our brand new event on Saturday 18th April. It’s a great introduction to sharing and selling your own art, giving you a taste of what it’s like to be a creator in the comics world.

By the end of this 2 hour workshop, you’ll have the skills to create your own short comic or zine - you only need to join one of the three workshop dates to take part.

All materials are provided, but bring your favourite pens, paper or supplies if you’ve got them.
