Comics Handling Session 1

Thursday 20 September 2-2.45pm 2.45-3.30pm London College of Communication, Elephant &amp; Castle, SE1 6SB.  Free and open to all.
 
Come and learn more about UAL’s comic book collections!
 As part of this session you’ll get the chance to see and handle a selection of comic books held at the University’s Archives and Special Collections Centre – ranging from underground and alternative comics to children’s comics from the 1950s.
 One of our archivists will also be on hand to introduce you to the collections and answer questions.
 This event will be made up of two separate sessions each with a capacity of 10 – one from 2 to 2.45pm and one from 2.45 to 3.30.
 Capacity is limited and booking is essential.
 Please note that some of the content may be unsuitable for children.
