TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FITNESS IN 2020!
Join a group for weekly fitness sessions at Leytonstone School every Monday - 7-8PM.
£7 Pre-book or PAYG
Entrance is on James Lane, opposite Whipps Cross Maternity Ward and takes place in the Main School Hall. 
Learn the fundamentals, practise them, progress them. 
From balance, coordination and flexibility, to strength, stamina and speed, you'll practise the basic components of fitness in a fun and challenging weekly session, with a group of others, making the commitment to get fit this year!
Whether your goal is to get fit, strong, learn something new or simply just to meet a group of friendly local people, come and join us. 
What you will get: 
Weekly one hour class designed to cover the core components of fitness.
Access to private Facebook group where we can share ideas, tips and motivation on fitness and healthy living, so we stay accountable and on track to meeting our goals.
