Common Threads - ADHD Peer Support Group

Common Threads - ADHD Peer Support Group

Overview

A friendly ADHD peer support group to share lived experiences, learn helpful strategies, and connect with others who understand.

This group offers a relaxed environment to share our experiences of masking, feeling different, and navigating a world that often isn’t designed for neurodivergent minds. Together we explore strategies that help us manage daily challenges while also recognising the strengths that can come with thinking differently.

No diagnosis required, just curiosity or lived experience.
