Common Threads by Fashion Business School

Common Threads is a ‘growing’ exhibition and communal space for all LCF students to congregate, collaborate and exchange ideas through the desire to learn about circularity, upcycling and zero waste design.

<p>In this playful workshop participants create their own customised “Waste Teddy” using provided teddy bases and simple stitching techniques. Participants will experiment with embellishment and decoration using beads, buttons and other materials to personalise their character. No previous experience is required. Participants are encouraged to bring trinkets or decorative elements if they wish, and their own toolkit if preferred.</p>
