Aim: Be aware of barriers to effective communication and its importance for coaches and mentors.

Objective: explore types of communication barriers encountered when supporting dental professionals.

Learning outcome: At the end of the session participants will have increased awareness of communication barriers and have resources to assist with overcoming these barriers.

The session will be held on the Zoom platform and delegates will be sent a link prior to the session.
