Community Building Workshop
A 3-day experiential workshop in genuine human connection, trust, and honest dialogue in groups.
Community Building Workshop is a 3-day experiential learning workshop for people who are interested in how trust, honest dialogue, and human connection develop in groups.
It is especially relevant for coaches, psychologists, facilitators, and other professionals who work with groups and want to learn about this approach through direct participation.
Based on the Community Building approach developed by M. Scott Peck, the workshop introduces participants to a structured group self-learning process in which trust, openness, and deeper dialogue can gradually develop.
For practitioners, it also offers valuable first-hand learning about a methodology that has informed the work of many professionals in coaching, facilitation, and group development.
