How to prepare for the class? - What to wear? Things to bring?

Accepted Answer

Come in comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement! Good to have multiple layers that you can easily put on/remove should you feel too warm or too cold. Please bring your own yoga mat! And water.

Question 2

What if I don't have a yoga mat?

Accepted Answer

Limited number of yoga mats are available, at a small £1 charge. Please choose the ticket option with yoga mat, should you need one.

Question 3

Does the class start at 8am or 8.15am?

Accepted Answer

Class starts 8.15am! Unfortunately 8am and 8.30am are the only available options in the event-creation settings. Please arrive early to settle in, we will start 8.15am sharp.
