BECOME A VOLUNTEER CREATIVE AMBASSADOR WITH ARTIS!Join us for our special Community Conversations event online on Thursday 15th of April at 6:30pm to find out more...Are you passionate about the arts? Do you live in Rhondda Cynon Taf or Merthyr Tydfil? Would you like to develop a career in the creative industries, learn new skills from industry professionals and shape the future of Artis Community’s new home at the multi-million-pound, refurbished YMCA building in the heart of Pontypridd? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you!Artis Community is looking to create a team of Volunteer Creative Ambassadors to work on live briefs to help shape our new home. How should the building be used? What would you like to see in the programme? If you were in charge of our opening weekend, how would you introduce the world to arts and culture in all its forms in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil?There are six hubs to get involved with including Marketing, Arts Health Wellbeing, Community Engagement, Supported Arts, Welsh Language, Leaders of Tomorrow. By becoming a Volunteer Creative Ambassador in one of our hubs you can realise your ideas and gain valuable work experience in the creative industries with live briefs.We are hosting this introductory Community Conversations event for our new Creative Ambassador scheme online on Thursday 15th of April - where you can meet the team and find out more about the opportunities available.
