About the Organisers:
Jennings & Barrett is a local, independent Property Agent established in 1910. Over our 115+ years of operation, we've always focused on community: From our local apprenticeship schemes to our network of local, independent, and high-quality contractors – we pride ourselves on benefiting our local spaces and communities as we help our clients make strategic choices, live in comfortable, safe homes, and find peace of mind.
Severndroog Castle is an 18th-century Gothic tower nestled in the ancient woodland of Shooter’s Hill, southeast London. With its striking architecture, rich history and far-reaching rooftop views, it remains a much-loved local landmark and a rare Georgian folly open to the public. Following a passionate community-led campaign, Severndroog was saved and restored by the Severndroog Castle Building Preservation Trust. Reopened in 2014, it is now once again a place for the community to enjoy – and a beacon on the hill once more. The Castle remains a beacon of the community thanks to its team of amazing volunteers.
