Borders Energy Agency (BEA) invites the Oxton community to a practical, hands-on workshop focused on improving home energy efficiency.
Learn the core principles of insulation, airtightness, and indoor air quality, and discover simple, low-cost actions you can take to make your home warmer, healthier, and more energy efficient.
This event is part of the Scottish Borders Community Retrofit – Oxton pilot project, funded through the Community-Led Local Development Fund (CLLD). The project is exploring how community-scale retrofit can support energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and local resilience.

Who should attend
Homeowners, tenants, and anyone interested in improving the comfort and efficiency of their home. No prior technical knowledge is needed.
The workshop will be facilitated by MW Clubb Architectural Design who are design architects, engineers and technologists passionate about sustainable design, retrofit and communities.
