The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a levy charge that individuals and developers must pay to the local council and is aimed to support development by funding community infrastructure. It was introduced by the Planning Act 2008 and is a tool for local authorities in England and Wales to help deliver infrastructure to support the development of an area.
This CPD seminar and lunch is hosted by <A HREF="https://www.evansjones.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Evans Jones Surveyors and Planning Consultants</A> and <A HREF="https://www.hughes-paddison.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hughes Paddison Solicitors</A> and aims to give developers and property professionals an overview of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations.
It covers the following areas:

The seminar will be delivered by Chris Marsh, Senior Planner at <A HREF="http://www.evansjones.co.uk" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Evans Jones</A>. Chris has over 10 years experience at both public and private sector organisations and brings his insight from his previous role as Senior Planning Officer at Wiltshire Council.
