Community Reset Workshop: Winter Unfreeze
Join Hope & Wellbeing Hub for a low-cost community wellbeing workshop designed to help you pause, make sense of what’s been building beneath
As the days get shorter and colder, many people notice changes in their mood, energy, or stress levels. You might feel more tired than usual, emotionally flat, overwhelmed, or a bit stuck, often without being sure why.
Winter Unfreeze is a calm, educational workshop created to help you understand these experiences in a supportive, structured space. There’s no pressure to share and no expectation to fix anything.
This session isn’t about solving everything in one go. It’s about awareness, understanding, and knowing what your next step might be, if and when you’re ready.
What This Session Is About
This community reset workshop offers a gentle introduction to the approach used at Hope & Wellbeing Hub.
You’ll be guided by Steph, an NLP Coach and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, with a background in healthcare and wellbeing settings.
We’ll explore:
- Why stress and emotional overload don’t simply switch off
- How the nervous system can hold onto patterns, especially during winter
- Why small, supported changes tend to work better than pushing yourself
What to Expect
- A warm drink on arrival
- A short, easy-to-follow wellbeing talk
- A simple hands-on reflective activity, with a small take-home reminder
- Time to pause and reset
- A calm space to take part in your own way
☕ Space to Connect
There will also be time to sit, chat, or simply be in the space. You’re welcome to connect with others in whatever way feels right for you.
