Community Roots Workshop Project: Pattern & Design

Community Roots Workshop Project: Pattern & Design

Overview

A day of pattern and design exploring nature-inspired motifs and cultural illustration in a relaxed creative wellbeing space.

Join us for our Creative Wellbeing Programme — small-group creative sessions in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, made possible through National Lottery Community Fund support.

No experience necessary — everyone is welcome.

Morning Session | 10:00am – 12:00pm
Nature-Inspired Patterns (Beginner)

With Tallulah Lines

A relaxed, beginner-friendly session exploring pattern-making inspired by natural forms, textures, and seasonal changes. Develop simple design ideas through observation and playful experimentation.

Afternoon Session | 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Cultural Decorative Illustration (Intermediate)

With Elyse Benjamin

A more developed creative session exploring decorative illustration techniques inspired by cultural motifs, storytelling, and personal expression.

Come along, connect with others, and enjoy a welcoming creative space for wellbeing, expression, and learning.

Spaces are limited to keep sessions small and supportive — book early to avoid disappointment.
