Meet from 6:30pm in Ambleside - Run will commence at 6:40pm

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A EVENING RUN

Distance: 4-6 miles Routes & final meet location will be EMAILED OUT in the lead up to the run(PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR JUNK FOLDER).

Routes will be predominantly off road.

All Levels Welcome. Regular stops will be made to allow runners to regroup.

Head torch, Trail shoes and waterproofs required.
