Join the Henhouse Community as we're led by highly experienced Judo expert Steve Evans in back-to-back sessions in self defense.
The aim of the sessions, which are run in two parts over two consecutive Tuesdays, is to gain confidence in understanding how to protect yourself.
No prior experience is needed to access the sessions, and they can be tailored for those with different physical abilities - please advise us of this when booking and also Steve on the day!
The sessions will be largely practical and you will be paired up with another member of the Henhouse Community.
Our instructor Steve runs the local Cirencester Judo Club, where he has been head coach since 2015.
Key information:
- Dates: 4th June 6.30pm-8pm AND 11th June 6.30pm-8pm.
- Tickets are £30 which cover you for both Part 1 and Part 2, which are a continuation of one another so you must be free to attend both dates
- As the sessions will be physical, we advise wearing sports kit and bringing a water bottle with you.
Our events are designed for you to attend solo, with the hopes that by the end you'll have built the beginnings of some wonderful new friendships! Whether you've been to one of our events before, or you're new to the community - you'd be more than welcome.
