Yes. The venue has: ramp access to library entrance with automatic doors; lift access to the lecture theatre located on the lower ground floor; an accessible toilet on the lower ground floor; a hearing loop available by request; three accessible parking bays for blue badge holders outside.

There is no parking available at the library, but the nearest public car park is the Civic Quarter multi-storey car park, located just to the north of the library off Richmond Road. Other nearby options include limited free on-street and the NCP car park on Union Place.
