Welcome to our Community Yoga Class!
Join us on Tuesday mornings for our gentle community yoga sessions at The Old Library.
These classes are open to all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. It's a great opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect with others in the community.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing. Perhaps bring a blanket or sweater for the relaxation section.
Classes are taught by Eve, a very experienced and popular local yoga teacher.
Spaces are limited so must be booked in advance. Sessions are free of charge and are kindly funded by Sport England. Donations to the Lister Steps at The Old Library charity are welcome.
