Do  I need to bring my own mat?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to bring your  own yoga mat as mats will be provided by the studio.  However, feel free to bring your own mat if you wish.

Is there a place to shower afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Yes there is a place to shower afterwards.  Bring your own towel  and toiletries of course.

Question 3

Will there be a social gathering afterwards

Accepted Answer

Yes , we always carve out time at the end of our community yoga gatherings to socialise with food and drink from a local bar/restaurant.  There are plenty of those around northern quarter to choose from.  Venue for gathering to  be confirmed nearer the time.

Do I need to be an expert to  attend?

Accepted Answer

No, all levels of experience are  welcome.  Whether you are a beginner trying yoga for the first time or a seasoned yogi practitioner, you will be guided and supported with the breath  to  move  authentically at your level.
