Do I need to bring a mat?

Yes, please bring a mat. If you do not have access to a mat and are unable to get one, let the teacher know as there may be one or two available to lend.

I have a health issue that I’m concerned about, what should I do?

It’s important that you discuss health concerns with your doctor or healthcare professional before starting and form of exercise. Please also mention any concern to the teacher before the class so that she can advise on any modifications to poses.

Why are these sessions free?
