Join Urszula, a grounded yoga teacher based in East Folkestone, who brings nearly 15 years of personal yoga practice and several years of teaching experience. Her sessions are designed to support mental and emotional well-being, offering a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and find balance.
Each class weaves together gentle movement, mindful breathing and introspective flow. You'll be guided through yoga poses at a calming pace, with time for quiet reflection, to help ease stress, quiet the mind, and promote self-acceptance and emotional regulation. A short relaxation practice at the end of each session will also support rest and reset.
This is an open-level practice—welcoming of all bodies, backgrounds, and abilities. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your connection with your inner self, you're warmly invited.
We have 10 yoga mats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please dress in layers so you can stay warm during the stiller, quieter parts of the class.
