Our vision is for flourishing communities where everyone feels supported, included and belongs - and that includes on the yoga mat!Our intention for community yoga is to offer a safe welcoming space where people can come together to prioritise their wellbeing.If you ever felt:You can't do yogaDon't know what yoga isCan not afford yogaWould be too anxious to tryDo not have a "yoga body"Don't think they could be botheredThen THIS is the opportunity for you.To help nurture a spirit of commitment to attendance we now request a donation to secure your place. For this event a suggested donation is £2-£7 but whatever you can offer is gratefully received and goes towards our work supporting community wellbeing.
