Engage for Success - East Midlands Area Network are delighted to host a session on the importance of compassion in the workplace.

A passion for a world where work is a place of joy led them to co-found and develop <a href="https://www.compassionate-cultures.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Compassionate Cultures</a>, a partnership focused on sparking a compassion revolution in the way we lead ourselves, our teams and our organisations. In this conversational workshop, they will be inviting discussion on the subject of Compassion at work. They will be exploring why, now more than ever, we need compassionate leaders to build more compassionate cultures, sharing what they see as the core attributes to a compassionate culture and providing some insights from their research in to what they describe as the "Compassion Gap".Finally, they would hugely appreciate you sparing 5 mins of your time to help them continue to build a picture of the Compassion Gap by sharing your own experience <a href="https://diagnostic.compassionate-cultures.co.uk/cc20v1" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CLICK HERE</a>The event is part of a series of online sessions run by the Engage for Success East Midlands Area Network.
