RAS (Research, Analysis and Statistics)

If you are planning to apply for promotion or a new role, the chances are you will have to complete a competency-based application form and sit a competency-based interview. These can be confusing, bewildering and downright disheartening if you don't know what to expect and how to prepare.
The Titchfield RAS committee will be running training sessions on competency-based recruitment, with a focus on HEO and SEO level recruitment. These sessions will cover content including:
- What is a competency framework?
- How to structure answers in the best way
- How to work from competency frameworks
- Tricks to help you not panic
- Where to go for help
