The Computational Propaganda Research Project (COMPROP) team has investigated the interaction of algorithms, automation and politics since 2014 in more than 30 countries. Based at the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford, we use perspectives from organisational sociology, human computer interaction, communication, information science, and political science.More about our research may be found at http://comprop.oii.ox.ac.uk/.

Ahead of the upcoming European Parliamentary elections, the Oxford Internet Institute's Computational Propaganda Project is inviting journalists, technologists and policy makers across issue areas for a closed briefing call on our latest research.
On May 20th, we invite you to join us as we present our findings about the diffusion and impact of online misinformation in seven European language spheres (English, Italian, French, German, Polish, Spanish and Swedish). The research briefing will be followed by a Q&A session. 
This webinar is an online event hosted by the Oxford HIVE. Only registered participants will be able to join the call. If you wish to take part, please register by providing your details at the link above and you will soon receive a unique link with call details and technical specifications.
