Artists' sketchbooks are powerful and inspiring but can sometimes feel intimidating right? This workshop aims to show that sketchbooks are wonderful places to explore, play and excite your creativity. We will have fun filling a beautiful concertina sketchbook with exciting ways to manipulate and layer media using ink, collage, paint, chalk and pen. You will be given opportunities to experiment with different ideas, techniques and ways of working but your own personal and artistic style, preferences and approaches will shine through this sketchbook by the end of a the day.

- The workshop will be held in the purpose built Art Studio at Icknield Community College, Watlington.
- Over 18s only
- All resources for the workshop are provided.
- Tea and coffee provided throughout the day
- Free parking on site
WHAT SHALL I BRING?
- Apron ( it will get messy!)
- Your own lunch
- If you would like to you can bring along your favorite art materials such as additional pens, pencils or collage materials but this is not necessary.
