Conducting Courageous Conversations

A one-day training workshop that will enable participants to become confident and able to lean into the conversations that need to happen in order to deliver results. All while holding and maintaining a positive and healthy environment and upholding the integrity of the relationship.

Techniques to be addressed include:

· Active Listening and Understanding Emotions

· How to Present in a way that will be received

· Giving & Receiving Feedback

· Influencing and Negotiating

· Conflict Management

Participants will be working with their executive coaches to develop skills and learn to prepare for and engage constructively with others, as well as raise awareness of issues and work towards a set of agreed actions that allow positive change to take place.
