There’s no preparation needed beforehand at all. Just have a pen and some paper to hand as you will likely want to note down ideas, key takeaways and practical confidence strategies from the session.

Not at all. You can keep your camera off if you prefer. If you do feel comfortable, turning it on at the start can help create a warm, relatable environment for the group — but it’s entirely your choice.
