This in-person event will feature engaging workshop activities and opportunities to connect with like-minded women. This empowering workshop is designed for women who are ready to come home to themselves and want to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Are you stuck and needing to gain clarity ? Are you wanting to push the reset button and find a new direction? Are you managing life / role and identity shifts like menopause, illness, or caregiving, divorce? Or do you simply want that bit of oomph to get you going on to your next chapter and to add a bit of zest and excitement in to your life?

Frequently asked questions

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, a light buffet lunch will be provided, including fruit, sandwiches, snacks, and cheeses. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free), please email jane@anxietystop.co.uk when booking so we can accommodate you. Tea Coffee and juice will also be provided.

Where in the church is the workshop?

The workshop is held in the St Thomas centre and coffee bar building which you can easily see from the back of the church /carpark

If I cancel will I get my money back?

If you give 7 days notice you are entitled to a full refund. Otherwise you will be awarded a credit towards future event's or an individual coaching session.

What activities will we be doing in the workshop?

A mix of multisensory light exercises, writing and creative activities all to get your new you juices flowing.

Do you accommodate access or individual support needs?

If you have any specific needs, learning differences, or accessibility requirements, please get in touch with jane@anxietystop.co.uk before booking. We want to make sure the space and session will be right for you.

Who is this workshop for?

This session is for women and those who identify as women. It's designed to be a safe, supportive space where sensitive topics such as menopause, health challenges, and caring roles may arise. We ask that this space is honoured as women-only to protect the comfort and trust of all participants.

Will I have to talk about my own life and experiences?

We aim to create a safe and confidential space where everyone feels respected and supported. We ask participants to honour privacy and keep what’s shared in the room. Please note that while we encourage confidentiality, we cannot be held responsible for what others share. Sharing is your discretion

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. There may be some gentle movement or grounding exercises, so soft clothing you can relax in is ideal.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! We’ll provide paper and pens etc. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle, favourite notebook, or a cushion if that helps you feel more at ease.

Will there be breaks?

Yes, we’ll have regular breaks, including time to stretch, grab a drink, and connect with others if you’d like.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s completely okay. This is a gentle, supportive space. You're welcome to step outside for a moment or take things at your own pace. You won't be judged or singled out.

Can I attend if I’m feeling anxious or low?

This workshop includes uplifting and calming group activities, it's not a substitute for personalised mental health support and it’s not tailored to individual therapy. If you feel very low /in crisis seek professional help as this workshop is not sufficient.
