About this programme

Our Confidence to Competence (C2C) programme is a safe, supportive programme that helps women practise skills and build competence through practical learning activities, delivered in person or online.

This is not a job, not unpaid work, and not a work placement.

It is a learning and confidence-building experience, focused on competence, wellbeing, and readiness for future opportunities.

Participants choose activities at their own pace, supported by experienced staff in a psychologically safe environment.

Who is this for?

C2C is suitable for women who:

• Want to rebuild confidence before returning to work, education, or training

• Have experienced career disruption, caring responsibilities, health challenges, or long gaps

• Feel anxious about formal workplaces or traditional employability programmes

• Prefer flexible access, either in person or online

Participation is voluntary, respectful, and tailored to individual needs.

How it works

1. Select learning activities from our supported Task Bank. Remember to COMPLETE THIS INTAKE FORM for each person booked.

2. Choose in-person or online sessions and book in advance

3. Attend and complete real organisation tasks with guidance and supervision

Sessions are designed to be structured but low-pressure, with clear boundaries and support throughout.
