A beginner's workshop covering the foundational elements of public speaking, giving you a kickstart to communicating with more confidence.

Do you have a stutter or social anxiety which is holding you back from expressing yourself?Join us for this two hour live online workshop to get you started and equip you with techniques to help you feel and be more confident when you speak. You will learn - Relaxation – Tools to help you feel calmer and breathe with control.Mindset and Confidence –  We will look at unlocking any barriers that create limiting beliefs when communicating.Message and Structure – Speak with purpose and structure for clarity and to effectively take your audience with you. Using your voice for impact – Learn about different techniques to show confidence, emotion and to connect to your message so that is impactful and memorable.Using your body to strengthen your message – Your body tells a story but do you know how to use it? Learn techniques so your body can enrich your message. Delivery – Using all the techniques through the session, learn how to put this all together to be a strong speaker. Commit – The group will pledge / commit takeaways to take into their speaking. About UsOur mission is to support people to express themselves confidently. We believe that confident communication is the key differentiator to create a fulfilling life in work or personal relationships. We know, because it comes from our own experience.

We are both public speaking coaches and former Presidents of Toastmasters Public Speaking clubs. We use our knowledge and insight to help a number of people who have anxiety or speech impediments to become confident and engaging speakers.Enna’s love for helping people to become confident speakers stems from her personal experiences. For years, she spoke without a formula, without practice and without confidence. Whilst she was able to navigate her way through the career ladder, she felt she had many unsuccessful conversations, presentations and meetings. Over the last five years Enna has focused on developing speaking techniques that are tried and tested by herself and her clients. She is particularly passionate about people who have social anxiety, and sees this as a temporary position. Having suffered from it at the age of 35. The techniques that Enna covers in her sessions have helped her to overcome anxiety enabling her to present in front of hundreds of people with confidence and clarity.Suzana has struggled with a stutter since childhood which had a big impact on her educational and professional life and it drove her to face her challenge head on so she took part in many speech therapy programmes to eventually joining Toastmasters and becoming the club President.
