Don’t miss this interactive, experiential workshop designed to build essential presentation, listening, and collaboration skills. Energised by theatre improvisation techniques, it helps you develop real skills in real time.
You’ll take part in practical activities, reflection, and real time application. By the end, you’ll have developed greater confidence, clarity, and presence, along with practical tools you can immediately use in your role and workplace.
Format:
Participants will follow a proven, step-by-step learning journey:
Warm-Up
Participants begin with a fun, energising group activity that builds focus, trust, and confidence.
Self-Reflection & Insight
Small-group discussions help individuals identify their strengths and challenges in communicating with others
Practical Application
Participants deliver short, spontaneous talks based on meaningful prompts, supported by peer listening and observation.
Constructive Feedback
Each speaker receives focused, supportive peer feedback to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
Group Presentation (Optional)
Volunteers have the opportunity to present to the wider group, building courage and presence in a low-pressure setting.
Reflection & Takeaways
The session concludes with guided reflection to help participants recognise progress and apply learning to their everyday roles.
This learning approach works particularly well with client-facing teams, people stepping into leadership, and creative teams where collaboration is everything.
What do others say?
"I especially enjoyed the improvisation games, like storytelling with a conductor and the one-word-response game with the ball... the combination of structured learning, interactive activities, and a supportive teaching style had a significant positive impact."
