Do I need to have one particular focus or can I work on my general confidence?

Either is absolutely perfect.  Having one particular area to work on can help sharpen your focus; whilst  wanting to boost all round confidence opens you up to change across a range of contexts and situations.

Can I drop in from week to week?

Accepted Answer

You do have the flexibility of coming for  one  or more sessions. Having said that, this course aims to  build  on  your progress over the weeks .  You will find that you establish greater momentum & commitment  if you  practice the skills and principles each week.

Question 3

Do I need any experience ?

Accepted Answer

Not at all.  This course is open to anyone who is looking for empowered and positive ways to grow,  change and re-imagine themselves or their circumstances.  No previous experience needed!

Question 4

What materials do I need?

Accepted Answer

A note book and pen/pencil is all you need.  If you're like me and love  to visualise in colour, then do bring some coloured pencils or crayons to help you make any notes you'd like to review.

Question 5

Do I have to  share reflections and personal thoughts/ideas

Accepted Answer

Not at all.  We will be using a  personal reflective approach.  So all your great ideas can stay in your notebook.  There will be an opportunity to respond to questions in the chat, but this is purely optional.
