Welcome to Midlife360 Connect!

If you are a midlife woman who has found yourself at a crossroads, we can help.

Our monthly drop in session are on the second Thursday of the month at the Coneygear Centre in Huntingdon where you can come and talk to us about your next steps. We are here to listen and support without judgement or bias.

We offer support on:

Menopause and work

Building your confidence in midlife

Career change in midlife

Returning to work after a career break

Midlife wellbeing for women

Whether you are looking to take your next steps into work, you are looking for accessible training or you are interested in building your skills through volunteering, we can help. We understand the challenges midlife women face and recognise the barriers to work too.
