What voice are you listening to, and is it helping or harming?

In this one-hour workshop we will:

Identify what it is, and consider the various ways this gremlin manifests

Explore and identify ways to avoid subconscious self-sabotage

Support and encourage you to take precautionary action.

Promoted directly to the #APConnect and JoyFE audiences, but open to everyone. This is an introduction to imposter syndrome and an hour is a short space of time to explore what is a huge topic. With that in mind, and to ensure attendees get the most out of the session, we are limiting this event to 12 spaces on a first come, first served basis. The event will be hosted online using Zoom. Event invites will be sent via email Thurs 25/2.If you have any questions please contact: tracey.lee@adaptcommunications.com
