Absolutely, we're open to companies attending from any location.

I'm not keen on networking, is Connect Over A Cuppa a big networking event?

We don't really describe Connect as a networking event. People are really friendly, and take the time to chat with each other. Plus the visiting speakers and monthly topics make it easy for anyone to feel at home, without any networking pressure.

What happens at Connect Over A Cuppa?

Every month we have a different theme, based upon feedback from attendees. We've covered all kinds of topics so far, from Finance and CSR, through to Innovation and Leadership Mindset.

Every topic sparks lots of questions, and we get a lot of repeat companies attending.

What type of companies attend ?

The answer is all kinds ! We get early stage companies, just starting out, through to established multi-million turnover organisations. 
We've got everyone from Manufacturing, through to Legal, Finance, Sports, Leadership, Construction to name just a few.

How do I get to Starling?

Starling is a small cafe/bar on Oxford Street, in the centre of Harrogate. We will be based upstairs in their meeting room.  There are plenty of paid or 3 hour free disc parking places nearby.  Plus, it's only a short walk from the train station.

How accessible is Connect Over A Cuppa?

Unfortunately there is no lift at Starling to the first floor.
