Join us for our next Connect with Friends under the theme of Mental Health

Connect with friends is a regular catch up for the MRKH Community.  Unfortunately this event is now full, keep an eye out for our next event in October!

Join us for our next Connect with Friends.This will be a special event with a mental health focus where we will have some personal experiences, some tips and tools shared whilst also this time teaming up with our friends Mind over MRKH for a combined event incorporating their Writing and Art club so this event will be hosted by MRKH Connect with the lovely Ellamae and Isa as co-hosts and we will also be joined by the lovely Dr Susan Carroll an MRKHer, advocate and Clinical Psychologist who will share some inputs around Coping with MRKH and also some mindfulness and other tips, complementary to our creative session.This will be a mix event with some creative elements including some writing/creative prompts to help us all think about mental health and sharing our experiences in a different way as well as plenty of chance to share your own experiences along the way. If you want to participate in the creative elements then don&#x27;t forget to bring along your paints, pens, pencils, notebooks, art books, collage materials or anything you can get your hands on.There will be plenty of opportunity still to chat and share and remember this is a safe space with no pressure to talk or share, videos can be on or off and you are very welcome to just listen if you want to. The event, as with all our Connect with Friends is only for those with MRKH and all MRKHers over 16 are welcome regardless of where you are in your journey. About Connect with Friends This event is part <a href="https://mrkhconnect.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MRKH Connect&#x27;s</a> Connect with Friends regular online informal catch up series. The events are peer led support with a mix of informal chats, chats with focused topics, creative events and featuring many friends in the community as guest hosts, speakers and collaborators. These events cannot provide medical advice or professional support but can help signpost to services/professional support that may be of interest and are a great way to meet others and share experiences.
