You’ll arrive, grab a drink, and ease into relaxed, organic conversations. There’s light structure to help connections flow - but nothing rigid or formal. We will sometimes have a guest speaker, details announced on social media.

Just yourself. Business cards are optional. There’s no pressure to “network hard”- presence matters more than performance.

Discrimination, exclusion, or intolerance of any kind is not aligned with this community and won’t be tolerated.

Yes. The environment is designed warm, gentle, inclusive, low-pressure, and welcoming- no loud icebreakers, no forced interaction, and freedom to engage at your own pace. Think friendly conversations rather than traditional networking.
